A Tale of Love and Bread

A Tale of Love and Bread is a cooking show hosted by Tomer Balas, founder and owner of Tomer’s Breads based in Jerusalem. The opening sequence of the show features rustic shots of Tomer working on his farm – feeding the chickens, picking olives and riding his horse.
The show gives a feeling of nostalgia and the style of the banners that I created reflect that as well. The basis for the design is a textured paper with torn edges. The font is Frank Ruhl to portray the style of an old-fashioned typewriter.
